We took a bank owned property with basically an outdated kitchen and upgraded it with Ikea Cabinets and stayed within budget. What helped here tremendously was the owner knew the assembly of the cabinets was a major undertaking. There is a reason Ikea cabinets are priced in the very affordable range!
