Green Kitchen Remodel (203K Rehab Project)

We wrapped up a FHA 203K Rehab Project last month: basically it is when the buyer qualifies for say a 175k mortgage payment, the buyer finds a home they want to buy for 125k…once the buyer closes on the home, then the lender holds the 50k in the “kitty” while we complete the remodel. As a plus it just so happens that we are on our way to becoming LEED accredited. We used very “Green”(look under the “about us” page in this link) cabinets to complete this project.
