Joe Craig, Director of Operations, has an extensive background in the remodeling/construction industry.
- 15 years experience as a Modernization Project Manager for the City of Phoenix Housing Department in which he had a 20 million dollar budget to oversee residential and commercial projects.
- 30 years experience as a certified journey carpenter.
- Arizona State Licensed Residential Contractor specializing in custom home construction, residential remodeling and home repairs.
Joe’s philosophy is simple. He strives to build confidence one project at a time based on quality workmanship, quality material, and timely completions!
Javier Zuluaga, Director of Sales and Marketing, has been in sales since his 12th birthday when he convinced his uncle to pay him to paint his back patio fence. He saw the project through, and took many a lesson from it.
Since then Javier has surrounded himself with true professionals when it comes to housing industry. He has spent over a decade partnering with REALTORS, Mortgage Bankers/Brokers to create business plans and marketing campaigns. These relationships laid the foundation for starting Home Repairs and Remodeling.
Javier is thankful for finding Joe Craig to partner with to take Home Repairs and Remodeling off the shelf and into business in 2005.
Whether it is working with top interior designers to turn ideas into remodeled bathrooms and kitchens, or working with REALTORS to get their clients’ properties upgraded (paint, carpet, cleaning) prior to listing them, Javier has built great relationships and strong partnerships to make great things happen.
